For one-time orders, delivery is free on purchases over £20. If it’s under £20, it’s just £1.99.

Absolutely! Changed your mind or need to make an exchange? No problem—just make sure your tea is unopened, and you can return it to us within 30 days. Drop us a message, and we’ll get everything sorted, including refunds, which will be with you in 5 working days!

Is it possible to skip or reschedule a Boost Boxx delivery?
Going on holiday or need a break? We've got you covered. In your account’s ‘Subscriptions’ section, you can skip a month or two of deliveries—up to three month in a row. If you need a longer break, just contact us, and we’ll help you out.

How do I cancel my Boost Boxx subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand. To cancel, log into your account, go to the ‘Subscription’ section, scroll down, and click ‘Cancel Subscription.’ We’ll send you a confirmation email. If a payment has already been processed for the upcoming delivery, we can’t cancel or refund it, but please reach out, and we’ll do our best to sort it out.
Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?
