When will my order arrive?
Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 1–3 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Can I return my order?
Of course! If you've changed your mind or need an exchange, no worries—just make sure your tea is unopened, and you can return it within 30 days. Drop us a message, and we’ll help you sort everything out.
Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days once your return is received.

How should I store Boost Boxx tea?

How do Boost Boxx subscriptions work?
Our subscriptions make it easy to keep your Boost Boxx tea stocked up, hassle-free. Just pick your box size, and we’ll deliver your tea automatically at the frequency you choose. Your card will be charged on the same day each cycle—so you’ll never run out of your favourite caffeine-free teas.
Can I skip or reschedule a Boost Boxx delivery?
Of course! If you’re heading away or just need a little break, you can skip a month (or up to three in a row) by heading to the ‘Subscriptions’ section in your account. Need a longer pause? Drop us a message—we’re happy to help.
Help! I skipped a delivery by mistake. Can I fix it?
No worries—it happens! Just log back into your account, head to ‘Subscriptions,’ and reactivate your delivery. If you need any help, our team’s always here for you.
How do I update my payment details?
If you need to update your payment method, simply log into your account, go to ‘Subscriptions,’ and edit your payment details (on the right hand side). It’s quick and easy—but if you get stuck, just get in touch and we’ll sort it.
How do I cancel my Boost Boxx subscription?
We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand. To cancel, log into your account, find the ‘Subscriptions’ section, scroll down, and click ‘Cancel Subscription.’ You’ll get a confirmation email once it's done. If a payment has already been processed for your next delivery, we’re unable to refund it—but if there’s anything we can do to help, let us know.
Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?
Absolutely! Just log back into your account, find your previous subscription under ‘Subscriptions,’ and click ‘Reactivate my subscription.’ You can also adjust your box size or update your details while you're there.
